- Adopt year of birth, t. E. 1971
-Add last two years together (7 + 1 = 8)
For men, subtract a number from 10 (10-8 + 2); 2 - kua number
For women, add 5 to the number (5 + 8 = 13; 1 + 3 = 4); 4 - kua number
