Recent headlines show that rooms that embrace new style trends in new home construction are the kitchen and bathroom, and the performance rooms in the house. Bathrooms and bathrooms are becoming more upscale as people accept a certain level of luxury in these rooms. Interestingly, new design projects in the kitchen are focused on creating the most functional and efficient space, but at the same time it is a very pleasant place for homeowners and guests. The six trends that have been observed in kitchen design include the following:
o Create a kitchen as an entertainment space, as guests naturally want to interact with the host while cooking.
o The design in a softer color palette and “beach” looks in cabinetmaking, adding different textures to the floors and countertops to look very stylish and durable.
o The adoption of modern designs that combine the classic design of the cabinet with a modern crane, concrete worktop, metal back panel and accessories.
o Introduce bold colors through works of art, collectibles, or fabrics to balance conservative neutral colors (beige, I think) that are common.
o Design in different areas of the kitchen, such as formal and informal dining, a preparatory station, a cooking station, and even a separate cleaning station.
o Combining open storage with a closed cabinet, so the kitchen can function for everyday life.
Apparently, electrical appliances and kitchen islands play a big role in the aforementioned trends, as consumers continue to demand a variety of appliances that go beyond the outdated concept of “oven, refrigerator and dishwasher”, according to industry experts recently gathered in New York. Upscale kitchens include several appliances, including ovens, two dishwashers, two refrigerators or freezers that are limited only by space. Special equipment is also in demand, for example, espresso machines and built-in coffee makers, heater boxes, beverage feed centers, and wine storage units leading packaging. Finally, the demand for a function is still present with the tendency to offer a variety of storage options in order to better organize busy parents and de-clutter their home.
