Both villas can easily accommodate a large family for a holiday or permanent residence. Both villas have a living room, kitchen and toilet on the first floor, while on the first floor there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first and second floor spacious balconies exist for an impressive view of the sea. There is also a basement that can be used as a large storage area. Each villa has a separate central heating system. The main difference between the villas is that one of them has separate rooms for kitchen and living, where the other villa has a large room designed for both kitchen and living.
