I just looked through all of the most popular business opportunity magazines that you would find in major bookstores such as Barnes and Noble & Borders. Here are a few headlines that you'll see in these intriguing ads:
- Make $ 402,985 in 12 months, I will show you how
- Get $ 895 per day sitting in your seat.
- $ 1000 per week Request handling Envelopes
- Make a website for $ 5,000
- $ 10,000 in 30 days or less
- $ 2,500 or more EVERY MONTH through a simple mailing list
- Earned $ 207,812 in 6 months
You have to ask yourself: how can you make all this money without doing anything or selling nothing? It just makes no sense if you take a step back and look at it realistically.
In principle, these so-called cash register systems are nothing more than pyramid schemes and are illegal. A pyramid scheme is not a sustainable business model that involves the exchange of money, first of all, the enrollment of other people in the scheme, as a rule, without providing any product or service.
The pyramid scheme combines a fake business with a simple, but understandable, but complex sound formula that is used for profit. The essential idea is that you make one down payment and start learning, that you need to recruit the same people as you who make one payment. Then you would get a cut for everyone else under you who are registered. After recruiting is complete, you will be promised a huge profit. Most of these scammers are also full of fake referrals, reviews and other confusing information, such as fake profit checks and images of cash, luxury homes and cars.
Only the creator and very few at the top levels of the pyramid make significant amounts of money. Profit amounts are dropping like pyramid rocks. The people at the bottom of the pyramid (the major who subscribed to this plan, but could not attract new people) eventually lost. If you take a closer look at the advertisements in the magazine, you will also find a bunch of small, inexpensive ads in the secret section of the magazine, which also state that they offer easy cash systems. These ads are usually from people who fall into the pyramid scheme and try to attract others to lower ranks.
My advice is to stay away from these simple money deals. Look for legitimate business opportunities where you can offer a product or service to make money legally. Look for companies that provide their business name and full contact information so that you can make sure that they are registered in their state.
Also, look for companies that are members of Better Business Bureau, with a good reputation, which you can check by calling BBB on the state of business registration or using the link to the BBB from the company's website.
