But an experienced manager should also look at margins, as those specializing in luxury cars are likely to get better returns.

Deciding whether to specialize in a particular car brand is not a trivial decision to make for a car service manager. Being confident about the captive customer base, there is also a risk of not having enough cars in this target market in your area. In any case, age-old values, such as quality, value for money, professionalism and good customer relations, will continue to wear this day, regardless of whether the car-care center decides to specialize in a particular brand or not.
