Luxury Timeshares - the growing popularity of private clubs -2

Private residence clubs are a unique variation in the concept of time ownership of real estate. Yeast-growing, private residence clubs rely on the concept of fractional ownership, they provide increased convenience and services compared to traditional timeshare, but with increased cost. If you love luxury, these clubs can be in good shape.

The club of private residences or PRCs, as they usually know, is a holiday property that is owned and operated by members. Usually an average of 5-10 owners per unit, and each person owns a part of the club residence, in addition to the common rooms and facilities. PRC differs from timeshare ownership in that timeshare owners usually have rights for a certain week limited to a specific unit, although they may have exchange rights or floating week privileges.

Like time intervals, private residential clubs are located in recreation areas in prestigious locations, with the PRC, the place can often be exclusive, which is a significant part of the appeal. Private residential clubs have a certain look and attract people who want to have most of the time in a luxurious house, but do not want to deal with owning a second cabin on their own.

China and timeshare also differ in their capabilities. Larger units, such as 3 or 4 bedrooms, are more common in private clubs. Often timeshare units are usually a studio or 1 bedroom. An increased level of services is also observed in private clubs. Most clubs have a variety of concierge services and offer benefits such as year round warehouses, green discount rates, free airport transfer and much more. Like a hotel, PRC provides a level of personalized service and amenities not found at major timeshare resorts.

Increased luxury is also increasing with increasing cost. Private residential clubs have an annual service charge, which is often 8-10 times higher than the average annual time-share service charge. Most private homeowners have limited developer funding, as most buyers have access to other sources of funding and can make a larger down payment than timeshare owners.

Private residential clubs provide a variety of leisure facilities with luxury hotel service. Owners use more spacious objects in more prestigious places than the typical owner of a timeshare. Private boarding may be a good choice if you want to invest in a second holiday home, but want more amenities with less hassle. However, if you are looking for a better deal, you may want to stick to timeshare on the resale market, which is usually much cheaper.
