When I think of Church Park apartments in Boston, the first word that comes to mind is class. From their Tillinger concierge services to their apartment building with an extensive roof, it seems to be one of the most stylish, quiet and well-maintained apartment buildings in Boston.
Being located where it is located on Mass Avenue, between South Kor and Back Bay, I was at first skeptical about the level of noise and the age of the building. After talking with several residents, I realized that it had nothing to do. Unlike most apartment buildings, the walls are filled with concrete, which insulates and cancels almost all the noise between the apartments and the outside. While the Mass Avenue is one of the busiest streets in Boston, I was pleasantly surprised at how serene and private really feel. You can walk from here to the Prudentis or Copley areas, as well as the coveted Newbury street and even the Bou in just 15 minutes. Not many apartment buildings in Boston can boast a walk to all of these areas, as well as South End restaurants within 15 minutes.
In terms of price, Church Park is well below its competition. Archstone Boston Common, Avalon Prudential and Exeter Towers are in a stone throw, but far surpass it in price. With apartments starting at a low $ 2,000 for more than 700 sq. M. Feet even in the smallest apartments, you really get a lot. Archstone Apartments are brand new, but usually have smaller floor plans, starting in the mid 2000 dollars for one bedroom. It is not surprising that many residents of the community have been there for over 10 years.
