Marvin M104 comes with the company Marvin Watch, about which, perhaps, very few people have heard, but which exists since 1850. Although it is available in 60 different countries, this watch is not yet available in the USA.
Marvin Watch has released official lines to view overhead lines, such as KLM and Air France, and is headquartered in Switzerland.
Unique and original features found on all Marvin watches: a triangular comb engraved on the crown and clasp (which is the top M designating the name of the company), leather straps, 8 o o red and red parts & position of the clock.
Sidenote: Marvin's crown is similar to the Rolex crown, and the idea to invert the “M” is similar to what the Michele watch does for its logo.
The Marvin watch collections include: Gent Mechanical, Lady Mechanical, Gent Quartz, Lady Quartz, White Mechanical and White Quartz.
If you visit the Marvin Watch Company website, you cannot help but notice a noticeable picture of who Marvin once wore and who the brand chose to light. He is none other than Che Guevara, an Argentine who surprised Fidel Castro side by side when he took power from American Batista in Cuba in 1959.
Che wore Marvin’s watches during the Cuban revolution, and this simple fact could well explain why these watches were not available for sale in the United States, since resentment against Fidel was still in place. At some point, Che gave his watch to Marvin to his father, and later he was found and placed in a museum in Cuba.
Anyone, back to the clock and, in particular, the Marvin M104, which has similar, but upgraded characteristics of what Che wore.
The Marvin M104 model has a 41 mm case made of brushed steel, and the protrusions and around the frame are polished steel. The watch works on automatic movement and has 42 hours of power reserve. The black leather strap has a classic red Marvin line. Hour markers and hands are covered with super-aluminum. The watch is water resistant to 50 meters.
Sapphire glass is applied in a unique way "Marvin"; the crystal itself is flat, but around the edges it is faceted before being placed in the case. This creates an additional point for which the light is refracted from the clock. The back of the watch has a K1 crystal crystal on the back cover windows, allowing the wearer to look at the movement. The M104 also has the seal of the company's founders, engraved on the lower left side of the case. The initials read M & ED, which means Marc & Emmanuel Didisheim, the brothers who founded the company.
M104 is a functional and beautiful view, which, if sold in the United States, will cost about $ 2,200. Regardless of when this watch ever physically reaches this country, this is another question. We hope for it.
