Practical business advice from mom -2

Wow ... where do I start? Well, at least I would like to say "Happy Mothers." My mother's day and all mothers ... especially those who read this article. Thank you. On another note, however, I never think that I would write an article about all the wonderful business advice that I learned from my mother in my life. Life is funny, yes. Mom, if you're reading this, thank you for being a sacred example of success both professionally and personally ... you are better.

With 15 years of corporate and private business experience, one of the biggest business lessons I learned from my mom is unquestionable honesty and consistent work ethic. I can not even remember once, when I have ever heard that someone professionally says something negative or derogatory about my mother or her lack of ethnic work. She was proud of her work (including clothing, efficiency, charisma, etc.), as well as the way she performed her work. At a time when my brothers and sisters, fortunately, continued to work with her, like a seasonal party or a regular working day, all her colleagues and even leaders praised her virtues for hard work, honesty, and customer service ( spent more than 30 years on healthcare) with the utmost respect and customer service. At the time, these compliments did not affect me because of youthful ignorance, until I entered the professional world after graduating from college. I quickly learned and understood how lucky I was that I had a mother who not only talked about a good game that she was very hardworking and provided quality customer service, she was a living example of how to do this.

Secondly, my mother showed what it means to survive. My parents divorced when I was four years old, and my father did not play an active role in my upbringing. It was not a weak blow to my father; these are just facts. My mother, on the other hand, literally did everything and everything to provide for my brothers and sisters, and I had the need to fully experience life. I can remember when she worked from two to three jobs to make ends meet, and she often did it with little or no sleep. Talk about dedication and commitment, right? In working with various small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs, I often feel a false myth about becoming successful in business without the obligation to work hard and most of the time is difficult. This is not true and should definitely remain in the land of mythology. My mother taught me her tireless zeal for her work, that if you want to succeed in life, whether professionally or personally, you will be and should be ready to pay the price.

Finally, mom was a vile, money-saving, budget genie. I know that Warren Buffet has a reputation as a penny-pincer himself; but he doesn't know anything about mom. I can remember the nights before bedtime, I often saw how my mother at the kitchen table or in her bedroom flowed over the household budget and planned accordingly. Although at that time I had no idea what she was doing, but my brothers and sisters, and I, of course, experienced the joy of clothes, food, shelter and an occasional item of luxury, when it was necessary, and sometimes if necessary. To this day, I still consider it a miracle that she was able to provide us with an incredible and stable upbringing, despite the fact that work in the field of minimum wages and work in the field of nutrition. Working professionally with a small business, studying and observing them, I noticed an excellent truth about the business: without reasonable financial management and discipline, no matter how popular or reliable the market in which the business operates, it will soon be inoperable. Since mom showed our finances in households, the king’s cash, and you know better how to heal and grow it if you want to survive and thrive.
