The UAE has witnessed a huge increase in real estate projects, which have brought excellent rental properties with real estate companies in Dubai, and Sharjah is another excellent quarter.
1. RESIDENCE AURA
Downtown Jebel Ali will soon meet a new addition to its horizon with Aura Residence, which should be completed by the end of 2018. The strict and modern look of the building is a conversation about the city, as well as its convenient location near the UAE of the Dubai Metro Exchange Station, as well as the site Expo 2020.
The giant institution will feature 479 residential units consisting of 347 studio apartments, 87 one-bedroom apartments and 43 two-bedroom apartments.
2. SHARYAH BYTE

Meanwhile, as part of The Waves, developer Lootah Real Estate announced its delivery in August. Located in Jumeirah Village Circle, a total of 135 units, The Waves will contain a combination of one and two-bedroom apartments and one-bedroom apartments in the attic ranging from 45.1 m2 to 185.8 m2.
4. WORLD OASIS
Figure the area with luxurious units as far as the eye can see. The Mira Oasis Hotel is located in approximately 1,300 modern townhouses, where clustered or terraced houses are located. It is close to the Arabian Ranches Golf Club, the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club and the Global Village. All rooms have large balconies, modern lamps, driveways and courtyards with options of 3 and 4 bedrooms. Resident clubs will include a swimming pool, spa and fitness center.
Separation into phases, the first three should be completed by December.
5. TEMPORARY HOTELS
Continuing the series of hotel facilities in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain, Times Hotels will be included in the UAE real estate, perhaps by the end of the year. The company will open three additional hotels in Dubai: Time Asma Hotel, Time Express Hotel Al Jaddaf and Time Royal Hotel & Spa, where Time Royal is the first five-star hotel in the Emirates.
